The Armenian Unified Infocenter reports that, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan referred to Azerbaijan’s use of phosphorous weapons.

“This time, Azerbaijan has used phosphorous weapons in Artsakh, in the forests, near settlements, where many civilians live.

“What Azerbaijan is doing is completely disrespectful to its commitments, ongoing aggression, the destruction of the civilian population and, the use of prohibited weapons.”
