The Armenian National Committee of America has issued a statement, which reads:

“Frank Pallone, Co-Chair of the Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues of the U.S. House of Representatives, submitted to the U.S. House of Representatives a co-authored by 31-member resolution on recognizing the independence of the Artsakh Republic.”
