Today, President Armen Sarkissian  has left to Brussels on a working visit

During the visit, President Sargsyan is scheduled to meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Joseph Borrell,  President of the European Council  Charles Michel and other high-ranking officials.

The meetings will be held on the initiative of President Sarkissian.

The President of Armenia plans to discuss with the heads of European structures issues related to the military aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against the Artsakh Republic, Turkey’s open involvement in it, as well as the facts of Azerbaijani shelling of the border settlements of the Republic of Armenia.

It is expected that the leadership of NATO and European structures will do everything possible to stop the hostilities by Azerbaijan and NATO member Turkey, which will enable the implementation of the ceasefire agreements.
