“The European Court of Human Rights has confirmed that Azerbaijan is ruled by a racist regime that glorifies ethnic violence against Armenians and sows ethnic hatred in society,” RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote, the Armenian Joint Infocenter informs.
