The State Emergency Service of the Artsakh Republic informs:

“Along with the fighting on the night of 18-19 October, Azerbaijan once again violated the ceasefire agreement, opened fire on peaceful settlements in Artsakh, and targeted civilian targets. In particular, the city of Martuni, the communities of Urekan, Ishkhanadzor, Aygehovit and Vurgavan of Kashatagh region were shelled.

The information about the victims and damages is being clarified.”
