On 15 October, RA President Armen Sargsyan signed a decree, which states:

“Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal, in accordance with Article 133, Part 2 of the Constitution, as well as Article 16, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Law on Military Service and the Status of a Soldier.

To confer the military rank of Major General on the Commander of the 4th Army Corps, Colonel Artak Emil BUDAGHYAN.”
