“Is there a difference between these children?” Did one of them suffer more than the other? Did one of them deserve this more than the other? Is the condition of one of them more worthy of attention than the other?

A person cannot distinguish between these children. It is simply impossible.

But here are the people sitting in the UN offices in New York, Geneva, Yerevan and Baku, in the UNICEF offices, able to pass these children “through the geopolitical sieve” and talk about them or not about them solely for geopolitical reasons.”
