RA President Armen Satkissian signed a decree on 13 October, which states:

“Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal, in accordance with Article 132, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution.
To recall Ara AYVAZYAN from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the United Mexican States, the Republic of Costa Rica, the Republic of Cuba, the Republic of Honduras, the Republic of Guatemala, the Republic of Panama.”
