Artsakh Emergency Situations Service informs

“The night was restless in the cities of Askeran, Martuni and Martakert.

Azerbaijan continued to bombard the settlements of Artsakh, violating the ceasefire regime declared on 10 October for humanitarian purposes.

Civilian objects were targeted at night. One apartment burned down in Martakert.

There are no casualties. “
