The representative of the RA Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan writes on his Facebook page:

“During the Artsakh war of 1991-1994, which lasted for about 1000 days, the Armenian side had difficult, extremely difficult, even seemingly unreliable periods. Moreover, we had panic-stricken moments, but in any case, we were able to reach the May 1994 ceasefire, which gave the Armenian diplomacy a strong position in the negotiation process.”
