The Artsakh Defense Army has spread the message of the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons of Azerbaijan.

Considering the announcement of the ceasefire in the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict zone on 10 October, 2020, mediated by the Russian Federation for the exchange of bodies of prisoners of war, humanitarian and civilian casualties, the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons declares its readiness in the direction of carrying out the humanitarian actions mentioned in the statement

The leadership of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army has ordered all subdivisions to cease hostilities on 10 October, 2020 at 12:00.

Within the framework of its powers, the commission has started preparations and in case the Azerbaijani side is strictly observing the ceasefire regime, in case the situation on the line of contact is stable, it is ready to carry out mutual humanitarian actions.
