Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had another telephone conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Prime Minister Pashinyan provided information on the developments following the humanitarian ceasefire announced on 10 October. He expressed concern over the incessant bombardment of Stepanakert and the violation of the ceasefire agreement by the Azerbaijani armed forces.

The German Chancellor has expressed deep concern over the tense situation.
