The Ministry of Defense informs :

“David Tonoyan received the head of the ICRC delegation in Armenia.

On 10 October, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Chairman of the Interagency Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons David Tonoyan received the delegation led by the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Armenia Claire Maitro.

“During the meeting, the sides discussed the procedure for conducting a ceasefire for humanitarian purposes along the entire Artsakh-Azerbaijani front, for the exchange of prisoners of war, detainees and the bodies of the victims, mediated by the International Committee of the Red Cross and the procedure for carrying out relevant actions in accordance with the latter’s criteria, which will be coordinated with the Artsakh authorities.”
