On October 9, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia David Tonoyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to the Republic of Armenia Jonathan Lacote.

Ambassador Lacote reaffirmed the French side’s readiness to put an end to hostilities and sit down at the negotiating table.

David Tonoyan thanked the French side for the impartial approach to the efforts made to resolve the issue. At the request of the Ambassador, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia presented the situation in the area of ​​hostilities and possible developments.
