On the night of 8 October, in the morning on 9 October, a telephone conversation took place between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh.

The RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

The RA Foreign Minister informed his counterpart about his talks with the representatives of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries on 8 October, about the Russian President’s proposal to hold consultations between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia in Moscow.

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh exchanged views on the agenda of the consultations to be held in Moscow, the cessation of hostilities, the exchange of corpses and prisoners of war for humanitarian purposes.
