Andranik Kocharyan, deputy of the “My Step” faction, chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly, said about this today, on 9 October, in the National Assembly, speaking about the punishments envisaged by the Code on Administrative Offences and the Criminal Code.

He mentioned that agents are sick people, he does not want to look at everyone in the logic of agents, but there are people who, for some reason, express views that harm the final formation of our victories today.
