Ministry of Defense representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan reports: “In fact, when shelling Stepanakert and Shushi, the finished text was written saying as if we had targeted a strategic object. There is no Smerch rocket conveniently placed in the asphalt near the oil pipelines, that one piece turned out to be inconvenient.”
Earlier, Hovhannisyan had reported that Stepanakert and Shushi were being shelled.
