RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs:

“According to the information received from the Artsakh Defense Army, this afternoon, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces launched a large-scale attack in the southern direction of the line of contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijan, throwing reserve forces, a large amount of military equipment, including tanks and artillery.

The operation comes hours after the Turkish Foreign Minister’s visit to Baku, hours after the statement of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.

The Artsakh Defense Army has taken all necessary measures to repel the attack.

“The entire responsibility for the aftermath lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.”
