Vahram Poghosyan, Spokesman of Artsakh President reports:

“In order to avoid unnecessary speculations, I would like to mention that in some directions of the frontline, the Defense Army withdrew its troops for tactical purposes, so that:

a) avoid unnecessary casualties,

b) inflict more damage on enemy troops.

The achievements are significant in both respects.

The army command continues to fight professionally, the day is not far when we will see how the disbanded army of the enemy retreats in panic. And the decision has already been made, we will not stop.”

The representative of the RA Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan writes about this: “Certain movements and avoidances of the troops do not decide anything at this stage of this war. Do not use the enemy’s propaganda materials.”
