Defense Ministry spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan wrote: “The Azerbaijani side, even without presenting at least one piece of evidence, is now claiming that the Armenian armed forces have allegedly targeted the territories of Khizi and Absheron. Another lie clearly shows that Azerbaijan is preparing the ground for provocation.”
