Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page: “Dear compatriots!

For the exceptional services rendered to the Republic, for the courage and personal courage shown by the servicemen of the Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic, David Vanik Ghazaryan (posthumously), Edgar Edward Markosyan, Yura Haykaram Alaverdyan, David Lyova Grigoryan, Sergey Slav Shakaryan are awarded the Higher title, the “Golden Eagle” order.

On that occasion, today I visited the Defense Army Combat Management Center again to present the awards in a special ceremony.
