The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a press release, which reads:

“On 1 October, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had a video interview with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias. The RA Foreign Minister presented to his Greek counterpart the situation created by the large-scale armed aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan. Zohrab Mnatsakanyan stressed that Azerbaijan deliberately targets civilians and civilian infrastructure during hostilities.

Both sides expressed serious concern over Turkey’s destabilizing policy in the region, including through the use of foreign mercenaries.

Minister Mnatsakanyan stressed the importance of hosting his Greek counterpart in Yerevan in the coming weeks.”
