Spokeswoman for the RA Ministry of Defense Shushan Stepanyan issued a statement, which reads:

“The enemy launched a tank attack in the south-eastern direction, but, meeting the strong resistance of the Defense Army’s tank and anti-tank units, lost ten pieces of armor in the tank battle. Fighting continues. The operative-tactical situation is under the control of the Defense Army subdivisions.”
