He mentioned that there is no mass evacuation of the population in Artsakh. Now there is no need for shelters, if necessary, it will be officially announced.
“Please, dear population, we understand that the connections are not working well, and you want to get information every minute, but this habit will hinder us in this case. It hinders the implementation of the management system. It disrupts the networks, they get overloaded. Soldiers, especially ordinary personnel, when you try to call and contact every minute, if they get in touch, they will endanger their lives. Drones, artillery reconnaissance targets our servicemen using those channels. Please limit such actions as much as possible,” Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.
