By the order of the President of the Artsakh Republic, an operative headquarters headed by the State Minister of the Artsakh Republic Grigory Martirosyan was set up to coordinate the rear work of state bodies with the Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic. The operative headquarters includes the Ministers of Agriculture, Economy, Production Infrastructure, Territorial Administration, and the Director of the State Emergency Service, according to the Information Headquarters of the Artsakh Republic.
