The Prime Minister’s wife Anna Hakobyan writes on her Facebook page:

“I am in Stepanakert. I have come to be with our sisters and brothers from Artsakh. “WE WILL WIN.”

On 27 September, at 07:10, the Republic of Azerbaijan launched a military attacke along the entire border of the Artsakh Republic, targeting the settlements located in the deep rear, including the capital Stepanakert.
