On 21 September, President Armen Sarkissian signed decrees on making awards on the occasion of Independence Day.
The decree reads:
“According to Article 136, of the RA Constitution and Article 5.3 Part 1 of the Law “On State Awards of the Republic of Armenia”, as well as based on the mediation of the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council:
On the occasion of the Independence Day, to award the Chairman of the Administrative Court of Appeal Hovsep Levon Bedevyan the “Mkhitar Gosh” Medal for his contribution to the strengthening of law and order and the development of the judiciary.
