The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, chaired by Anna Danibekyan, is discussing in camera the motion to lift the seizure on the property of the second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan.

It should be reminded that on 4 August, the court postponed the resolution of this issue until the appearance of significant circumstances, the decision on the value of the seized property. The court demanded to provide complete information on the property and bank accounts of Robert Kocharyan under arrest. Today, Defender Aram Vardevanyan announced that he was ready to present the necessary information.
