The Minister of Territorial Administration and Development of the Artsakh Republic, the Commandant Zhirayr Mirzoyan has signed a new decision stating that a permit is not required to leave Artsakh, eliminating the requirement for a PCR test, which is a mandatory condition for entering Artsakh. However, the medical staff on duty at the border checkpoints will check the temperature of each citizen and carry out an external examination.
Zhirayr Mirzoyan noted that the decision was made on the sharp decline of coronavirus disease registered in the Republic of Armenia, as a result of which the risks were reduced.
