On 26 August, at around 3 o’clock, a resident of Tsaghkunk village reported to the Sevan police department that a burglary had taken place in their house the day before.

The operative group left for the scene. It turned out that the burglars opened the window using technical means and stole 4,480,000 AMD from the bedroom.
As a result of urgent measures taken to find out, the criminal investigators received information that three young men living in the same village may have committed the burglary.
Hours after the report, the suspects were taken to the Sevan police station and confessed to the crime.
The law enforcement officers found out that on 10 March, they stole 3,160,000 drams, 700 US dollars, 150 euros from the bedroom of another private house in the same village.
The detained young men were arrested.
Measures are being taken to detect the theft.
The preliminary investigation of the initiated criminal case continues.
