The Government announced the name of its new candidate for judge of the Constitutional Court.

Pursuant to Article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Normative Legal Acts”, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

“Replace the words “Vahram Avetisyan” with the words “Edgar Shatiryan” in point 1 of the decision N 1232-A of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of 23 July, 2020 “On nominating a candidate for the post of a judge of the Constitutional Court,” the Government decision reads.
