The unauthorized annex of about 300 square meters of private land adjacent to the apartment building under construction at 19/7 Nork Street was demolished.
The Yerevan Municipality reported.
“The municipality gave permission to “Vagharsh & Sons” LLC to build a building. The unauthorized structure was discovered in June-July. Two administrative protocols were drawn up by the staff of the Urban Development and Land Control Department of Yerevan Municipality. Explanatory work has been carried out with the developer to demolish the annex on its own, to put the area in order, which is being done now,” Ruben Khojayan, Deputy Head of the Department of Urban Development and Land Control said, adding that if the developer envisages any urban development activity, then it can be carried out only after the issuing of a corresponding permit.
