The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published a list of countries where COVID-19 is very actively circulated, from where it is still impossible to enter France without a negative PCR test.
The COVID-19 epidemic is still circulating in France and around the world. It is imperative to remain vigilant in the face of the epidemic and to apply barrier gestures on a daily basis.
Fighting the virus also requires the establishment of reinforced control of flows at our borders.
Thus, France has established a list of countries where COVID-19 is circulating very actively and from where it will no longer be possible to enter the national territory without proof of a negative PCR test.
The list of countries concerned as of 12 August, 2020 is as follows:

– Algeria
– Argentina
– Armenia
– Bahrain
– Bolivia
– Bosnia and Herzegovina
– Brazil
– Chile
– Colombia
– Costa Rica
– United Arab Emirates
– United States
– Equatorial Guinea
– India
– Israel
– Palestinian Territories
– Kyrgyzstan
– Kosovo
– Kuwait
– Madagascar
– Maldives
– Mexico
– Moldova
– Montenegro
– Oman
– Panama
– Peru
– Qatar
– Dominican Republic
– Serbia
– Turkey
From the following countries: Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, United States, Panama, the PCR test is mandatory 72 hours before boarding a plane to France.
For all the other countries in the above list, the PCR test is compulsory upon arrival in France, at airports, upon exiting the aircraft.
