On 6 August, The RA President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree, which states:

“Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal, in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 13, Part 3, Article 45, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Law on Service in the Police.
To relieve Hayk MHRYAN from the post of Deputy Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia, and from the service in the Police of the Republic of Armenia.”
