Artsrun Hovhannisyan, Deputy Head of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University, informs:

“We urge to exclude going to Tavush with separate groups of volunteers, not to organize car trips to Tavush. At the moment, such actions may interfere with the normal functioning of the Armed Forces and local self-government bodies.”
