Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan writes on his Facebook page:

“I have just signed the mediation to the President of the Republic of Armenia on posthumously awarding Major Garush Hambardzumyan, with the 2nd degree medal “For Services to the Motherland”, Captain Sos Elbakyan with “Medal of Courage”, Junior Sergeants Smbat Gabrielyan and Grisha Matevosyan with Mmedals for Combat Service. They all were died defending the Tavush section of the state border of Armenia.

I bow to you and your families, martyred brothers. We must be worthy of you and your heroism. And we will be!
