RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan sent letters to the Speakers of the Chambers of Parliaments of the CSTO member states, presenting the provocative actions taken by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the direction of the North-Eastern border of the Republic of Armenia, calling to condemn them.
“Such actions are an inadmissible violation of the basic principles of international law, endangering the stability of the whole region,” the letter reads.
