As a result of a partial inspection carried out by the employees of the Lori Territorial Department of the Nature Protection and Subsoil Inspection Department at the “Mghart” Gold Mine of Lori Region belonging to Multi Group LLC, revealed that that the Company operated the processing plant and tailing dump without the conclusion of the environmental impact assessment, in violation of the provisions of Article 14, Part 4, Clause 2, Sub-Clause b) of the RA Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise.
An administrative fine of 100,000 AMD was imposed.
It was instructed to operate the processing plant and tailing dump, in case of availability (receipt) of the conclusion of environmental impact assessment.
