Hrachya Hakobyan, a member of the National Assembly’s “My Step” faction, wrote on his Facebook page that the offshore the bank account of the son-in-law of the 3rd President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, former Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Vatican Mikael Minasyan has been banned.
“Do you know why Mishik is upset? A few days ago, he his offshore account in the Virgin Islands, where there is $ 7 million, has been banned. He feels that soon he will have to sell his vest in order to shoot a new video,” he wrote.
