Adviser to the Prosecutor General Gor Abrahamyan told Iravaban.net that applying to the National Assembly for a criminal prosecution and deprivation of liberty of the MP by the Prosecutor General is not a political process.
“It is exclusively legal and is conditioned only by the satisfaction of the obtained factual data and evidence,” Gor Abrahamyan mentioned, adding that there is no political decision to deprive Tsarukyan of his immunity.
