On the instructions of the Human Rights Defender, rapid reaction groups left for the RA Police Departments upon the fact of arrest of people gathered near the National Security Building.
There will be private conversations with the detained citizens, the grounds for their detention and the state of their rights will be studied, as well as the documents drawn up by the Police in this regard.
The Human Rights Defender’s Office has been following the events since early morning.
