Varda Avetisyan, the owner of several restaurants operating in Armenia, left for Thailand, Koh Samu Island, 5 months ago for vacation, but has not been able to return to her homeland for 3 months.

After the borders were closed, she started a new business on there. Preparing and delivery of food. But currently the business has been stopped there are no tourists; they have left the island. And restaurants in Thailand are re-opened.

Flights have been possible since 15 May, but they have more than 3 stops, and Vardan is pregnant.

Iravaban․net  spoke to her about the situation in both Thailand and Armenia. Varda also touched upon the government’s measures to neutralize the consequences of coronavirus and her businesses operating in Armenia. “We can close on any day.”
