According to the RA Commandant’s 3 June, instruction 1994/94-2020, the distribution of pensions and benefits from 4 June will be provided EXCLUSIVELY in the places of residence of the beneficiaries through the employees of “Haypost” CJSC.
In other words, there will be no pensions or benefits in the post offices, and the postmen, accompanied by the police, will provide pensions and benefits according to their residential addresses.
The instruction aims to ensure the safety of the beneficiary and retired population and reduce the likelihood of them becoming infected as a result of crowding.
