Ani Khachatryan, a member of the Yerevan Council of Elders, submitted a proposal to Mayor Hayk Marutyan and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

“During the days of this fight, the employees of the municipality and district administrations are the soldiers of the state and we must leave the offices, from the Council of the Elders to the district head, walk around the yards of the administrative districts, and control the situation.

We should not need to triple the police in case of the use of levers of the city authorities.

I think we do not have a lack of this resource,” Ani Khachatryan says.
