The report on the activities of the RA Prosecutor’s Office for 2019 is being discussed in the National Assembly today, on 1 June.
MP Nikolay Baghdasaryan asked a question to the prosecutor in the National Assembly. “Former Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan announced on Public Television that a number of criminal cases being investigated by law enforcement agencies and media and political manipulations are interconnected. That is, they are controlled by some body or by a person.”
He asked whether the statement could not be a reason to initiate a criminal case.
