As of 30 May, 79 patients are being treated from coronavirus at Gyumri Infectious Diseases Hospital, 24 of whom are residents of Shirak region. 252 patients have recovered and discharged from the hospital, 174 of them are residents of the region.

26 patients are being treated in the capital. 9 cases of death were registered.
At the moment, 312 citizens in the Shirak region are on domestic self-isolation, 24 of them have a positive diagnosis of an unexplained disease, their control is carried out by the primary health care system.
From March 1 to date, 1942 sampling has been carried out in the regional centers of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the medical institutions of Shirak region. From 12 to 30 May, 619 samples were examined in Gyumri.
