The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, today, on 26 May, again postponed the regular session on the case of the alleged overthrowing of the constitutional order.
The judge informed that a certificate was received from “Izmirlian” MC that the second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, based on his health condition, is in inpatient treatment and cannot attend today’s sitting.
Coronavirus infection has been confirmed at Inesa Petrosyan lawyer of Seyran Ohanyan. She and her husband, Karen Mezhlumyan, cannot appear in court.
In addition, Armen Ghorgyan’s lawyer Erik Aleksanyan requested that the court hearings be postponed, taking into account the current epidemic situation in the country.
The next sitting will be held on 9 June, at 13:00.
