The employees that are on a business trip are guaranteed their job place and remuneration during the whole term of the trip. They are paid per diem and all other costs that are connected with the business trip.

The Government of the Republic of Armenia decides the minimal size and the procedures for these payments. In case of compensation form the state or community budgets the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides the maximal size of such payments as well.

Individuals under eighteen years of age are not allowed to be on a business trip alone. The pregnant women and the omen with a baby under 1 year of age may be sent on a business trip only on their consent.
