Based on the combination of sufficient evidence obtained during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case under investigation by the RA Special Investigation Service, it was substantiated that Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of the Yerevan City Davit Grigoryan committed official fraud with the assistance of Gor Vardanyan, Secretary of Judicial Sessions same court.
