The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Rustam Badasyan addressed the Secretary General of the Council of Europe  thorough the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission), addressing the issues of resolving the crisis over the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.
